Richard “Rick” Hoyle
President
Rick is the Founder and President of XBL Holdings and its affiliates where he oversees all commercial, financial and operational activities. In addition to his business roles, he remains active in various national and regional trucking associations and is a recognized leader in dry bulk transportation.
Prior to starting XBL, Rick was Senior Vice President of Grammer Logistics where he ran dry bulk operations and he previously held senior roles at Mack Trucks and Trimac Transport. His transportation and leadership experience includes building Star Trans and Diamond Bulk before. Rick is an entrepreneur who implores customer-centric strategies while promoting a driver focused culture. Rick graduated from Western Carolina University Cullowhee, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management.
