Randy Plotner
Vice President of Business Development
Randy serves as Vice President of Business Development for XBL and is responsible for developing the company’s sales strategy and providing customers creative solutions that improve their operations and profitability. He has over 28 years of transportation experience , with 27 of those years focused on the bulk industry resulting in excellent customer contacts and well-established customer relationships.
Prior to joining XBL , he served as Vice President of Business Development for 1845 Commercial Bulk Services , Director of Sales & Operations Consultant for Bay & Bay Transportation, Director of Sales & Operations for J&M Tank Lines , Inc. , and National Sales & Operations Manager for Autumn Transport , Inc.
Randy holds a Bachelors Degree in Logistics Management from St. Cloud State University.
